Wine pairings with kids snacks!

I’m assuming we’ve all been in this scenario. “Snack Time” rolls around and we just can’t keep our fingers out of our children’s bowls to partake in the goodness of our children’s SNACKS! While our kids are sharing with mommy (+ daddy), why not a wine pairing to maximize it’s taste! Here I choose 3 of our favorite household snacks and pair them with individual wines! Fun for everyone! 

Little Pickins Meals + 2020 Rosé of Cabernet Franc from T. Berkley

Little Pickins is made with family in mind and is organic kids food delivered to your door monthly. There are a variety of different organic meal bites to choose from so pairing these nutrient dense goodies with a fabulous rosé with a little more flavor that can stand up to light meats and spices! So all you have to do is throw these nutrient filled goodies in the oven and pop open a bottle of this rose and BAM - you have the perfect pairing. Not only does it taste good, it’s also so comforting to know that you + your kids are eating whole foods!

From the Ground Up Cheddar Cauliflower Crackers + Celebrities Old Vine Garnacha 2016

I think the term “scarf down” is applicable here as my son literally eats these crackers like he’s never eaten before!  The cheddar flavor is fantastic with this full bodied, spicy Garnacha creating an addicting adult snack. Scarf down… I can see why!

Annies Honey Bunny Grahams + Bera Moscato d’Asti

This pairing is too good I’m even considering it for an adult soiree after dinner delight! A huge fan favorite in our household but everything sweet is, go figure!  The light honey flavor in the Moscato and the light sweetness creates a beautiful dance between the wine and the scrumptious Bunny Grahams. Lots of sweet fun for all!
